Woodley's Fine Furniture - Lakewood

We custom designed and received a beautiful table and matching bench for our small dining space. Well worth the wait. The bench is solid and gorgeous and we are considering ordering a second one in place of the chairs we bought (elsewhere). The table is solid, and just beautiful. We're so happy with our order! And the buying process was surprisingly pleasant. The staff really lets you wander if you want, helps you when you're ready, shows you options you didn't know about, etc. We just love this store and love that we are supporting our Colorado community by buying here.

Their stuff is the real deal for quality. I’ve purchased some furniture from there that I know will be something I give away to family member. They also have affordable options to check out depending on your budget. I was most surprised that when I went to Room & Board, the quality wasn’t the same (Woodleys was better), but yet the price was the same.

I have ordered 2 times. Once for a desk and file cabinet and once for an end table. Both were perfect! Cheri helped me purchase them over the phone and it was very quick and very easy. It was great they were on sale too. Shipping took about 4 weeks to have furniture arrive. Picked up the table and had the office furniture delivered Furniture was exactly as shown in the pictures. Total value spent on these 2 were ~$2100. Their service is the best and sales and delivery people are terrific!

I found exactly what I needed on the web and ordered over the phone. It was a "one and a million" color & size of design for the desk and file cabinet I needed to go with my home decor (Liberty brand). It came it 2+ months early (COVID issues affecting manufacturing). Product was as shown on Woodley's website. The saleswoman was great. Got a good price too within my budget. She had handled a sale before for me. Delivery was easy and the guys were really helpful in placing the furniture. The furniture was exactly what I needed to handle my work and file needs. Woodley's always seems to have the furniture I need when no other store does.

Overall Service was just fantastic! We have bought many things from Woodley's over the years and most items are exactly as we expected, however one Sofa-bed pullout wasn't built right. We honestly did not notice this for 3 years as we only used it (the pullout bed) once. We did notice the couch leaning and my wife asked me to look at it. I noticed one side of the metal frame was never attached to the wood frame. Jessica@Customer Service was rightfully skeptical (if a little bit weary) but asked to see pictures of the where issue was. After looking at the pictures Jessica got some repair men to dispatch out to our house within a few days. Upon arriving, the repair men reviewed and fixed the couch within 30 minutes with no charge. They apologized and said they had no idea how this got past the original builders, delivery and set up, but are glad they could fix it for us. I appreciate how quickly and with no fuss Woodley's fixed our couch. This is very good customer service and why we continue to do business with them! Thank you.
